1) AISI 4145H Drill Collars
Modified Alloy Steel, forged, heat treated to API requirement, round tubes with lower sulfur and
phosphorous content to meet sour gas application, and 'once thru' bored ID.
Sizes :
(1) OD of 4" to 8" x 31 feet length, ID 2" to 3"
(2) OD 9" and above x 31 feet length, ID 2 13/16" to 3"
2) AISI 4145H Solid Round Bars
Modified Alloy Steel, forged, heat treated to API requirement, solid round bars with lower
sulfur and phosphorous content to meet sour gas application.
Sizes : Diameter of 3" to 10" x 6 to 18 feet length.
3) AISI 4140/4145H Stabilizers Forgings
Modified Alloy Steel, forged, heat treated to API requirement, stabilizer shape bars with lower
sulfur and phosphorous content to meet sour gas application
Sizes : For Hole Diameter of 5 1/4" to 23" x 6 feet to 8 feet 10 inches Overall Length.
4) Non Magnetic P530/550 Solid Round Bars
High chromium manganese austenitic steel, forged, heat treated to API requirement,
solid round bars with lower sulfur and phosphorous content to meet sour gas application.
Sizes : all dimension production
